what to expect at 
BLUSH....

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?

For your comfort and relaxation, we recommend you arrive 15-20 minutes prior to your treatment, allowing time to relax and/or fill out necessary paperwork.

WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?

Arriving late will simply shorten the time for your treatment, thus limiting your pleasure. your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. the full value of your treatment will be applied.

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?

Recognizing that everyone’s time is valuable, and our appointment times are limited, we ask that you 

provide a 48 hour notice if you are unable to keep your appointment.

• First Time, it’s on us! But we will be concerned about you! So please let us know that you are alright when we reach out to check on you! 

• Second Time, we hate it that you missed! As a favor, we will only invoice 50% of your scheduled service! 

• Third Time, we miss you, and we have been waiting on you! 100% of the scheduled service will be sent to you via invoice!

• Should you choose not to pay the invoices You will not be able to book your appointment until the balance is paid. If it is not paid within 5 business days, it will be sent to collections, and you will be terminated as a client indefinitely. *Due to limited availability and ongoing waitlist, we reserve the right to terminate clients from our practice if they reschedule or cancel 3 or more times. All No Shows will be charged for the full amount!

 

WHAT DO I WEAR DURING MY TREATMENT?

Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. however, please dress comfortably. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.

WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONCERNS?

If you have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other physical aliments or disabilities, please notify us when booking.

 

WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT?

While there are a few services that should be avoided during your pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. please notify us if you are pregnant, so we may guide you in the right direction.

 

CELLULAR PHONES

To preserve our tranquil atmosphere, we request that all cellular phones be turned off prior to entering Blush. For the privacy of our guests, any use of camera device is strictly prohibited.

 

IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?

For massage, minors 13 or under are required to have a parent or guardian in the treatment room. Guests who are 16-17 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for consent. Identification may be required.

Infants and toddlers are not permitted in the spa, with the exception of gift card purchases.

 

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENTS ARE ACCEPTED?

Cash, MasterCard, Visa

GRATUITIES

A percentage or a dollar amount may be added to your service upon checking out. Please let our office manager or service provider know how much you would like to add.

CAN I BRING MY CHILD?

For the safety & comfort of our guests and staff: babies, toddlers and children are not permitted to accompany an adult during the service. We are happy to reschedule your appointment to a date and time that childcare is secured.

All guests must keep conversation to a whisper, as to not disrupt other services.

HOW DO RETURNS + REFUNDS WORK?

SERVICES: we want you to love your service. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact manager to discuss your experience at: blushskincarestudio1@gmail.com

 

PRODUCTS: once the product purchase is confirmed in our system, unused & unopened products may be returned within 14 days.

ARE YOU ABLE TO SHIP PRODUCTS TO ME?

YES! All online orders will be fulfilled within 24-48 hours of purchase and sent for delivery. BLUSH is not responsible for damaged packaging during shipment, but an exchange could be issued upon consultation with BLUSH management. Please call or email to place order.
